West Realty is a potential home for full time, highly ethical real estate salespersons who would like the convenience of working with an experienced broker. The ideal candidate could be a broker themselves who doesn't want the paperwork or responsibility, or a future broker who would like to learn from our ten years plus experience managing a real estate sales force.
This is not the right home for low producers, part timers, or brand new agents. Although we do offer continuing education packages, we feel that the best agents sell a lot of real estate! Experience counts! And as you help others achieve their real estate goals, you will have a broker who is easy to communicate with, who has or can get all the answers you need, and who has, as a borker, experienced nearly every residential real estate sales situation that exists.
We don't have any multi level retirement programs, referall "build the company" schemes, or professional recruiters who tell you what you want to hear. It takes effort to succeed in real estate sales, and the money you earn is yours. Spend it on a broker wisely.
We are careful about who we associate with. We don't coddle to fast talkers or dreamers, but we give 100% support to those who are ethical full time producers. If you have at least 2 years of full time real estate sales experience, and have a minimum of 20 transactions to your name, we would like to speak with you. Our programs have high agent splits, are competitive, but are not like the transaction fee brokerages who offer no broker support or review.
You will want to be more of a team player when you associate with us, and we will treat you with respect and supply you with the tools you need to be successful...with no hidden charges, service fee markups, transaction fees, or other profit motivated requirements.
